We support early-stage startups and advanced R&D projects that push the boundaries of what's possible — from orbital logistics to laser communication systems and immersive simulations. We are currently hiring a 3D Modeler to support one of our venture projects focused on futuristic environments, intelligent hardware design, and prototype simulation. ✨ What You’ll Do:
Model high-quality 3D assets (objects, environments, mechanisms, or characters) for simulation, product visualization, or immersive media. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and venture leads to visualize early-stage prototypes. Optimize assets for real-time rendering and integration into game engines (Unity/Unreal preferred). Interpret sketches, CAD files, or technical documentation into accurate, clean models. Participate in creative reviews and rapidly iterate based on feedback. (Optional) Contribute to the design of pitch decks, animations, or explainer media. 🛠️ Required Skills: Strong proficiency in Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or equivalent modeling tools. Experience creating both hard surface models and organic shapes.
Familiarity with PBR texturing and asset optimization workflows. Portfolio demonstrating strong modeling skills and attention to detail. Ability to collaborate in a fast-moving, iterative, startup-like environment. 💡 Bonus Points If You Have: Experience with Unreal Engine or Unity integration. Animation or rigging experience. Background in architectural visualization, scientific modeling, or aerospace design.
