Our mission is to make migration services more affordable, efficient, and student- or employer-friendly.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote (Work From Home) position for an Australian Migration Assistant with immediate joining.The role involves providing both lodgement and administrative support for Australian migration processes. You will assist a Registered Migration Agent (RMA) in preparing and managing visa cases, ensuring all documentation and submissions are accurate and compliant.Key responsibilities include:Assisting in the preparation and lodgment of visa applications (482, 407, 186, 189, 190, 491, and others)Conducting research on migration laws, regulations, and policy updatesDrafting submissions and client communications under supervisionManaging case files, timelines, and document trackingSupporting the RMA in day-to-day case management and client handlingThis role is ideal for someone with legal or migration background who wants to gain hands-on experience in Australian immigration work, while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.
