The International Assignments team within the Global Mobility function manages the relocation, assignment, and immigration processes for our growing population of internationally mobile employees, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.We are searching for an Immigration Coordinator who will support the management and coordination of Foreign Local Hires immigration and relocation process in Sweden for Hitachi Energy’s fast-growing global workforce.After some initial training you will be offered the opportunity to support Foreign Local Hires population that are hired under Hitachi Energy Sweden AB on a permanent contract directly, which will offer you an excellent opportunity to take your career to the next level.The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in Global Mobility, especially in administering immigration and relocation process in a global organization, vendor management.This is great opportunity to extend your global mobility experience withing greean energy idustry leader.How You Wil Make And ImpactDaily administration support of immigration and relocation services for Foreign Local Hires population hired under Hitachi Energy Sweden AB.Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Team in Sweden, HR Operations and managers to ensure seamless process.Maintain good communication with local relocation vendors.Good knowledge of Microsoft tools: PowerPoint and ExcelProvide excellent customer support – assist new hires, managers with their work permit and relocation related questions.General support for IA Team yearly recurring processes/projects.Manage business travelers work permit process: request immigration support for HE business travelers going on a business trip, review reports, support with invoicing and PO creation.Your BackgroundEducation & experience: A Bachelor degree in a relevant field, which includes Business Administration, Tax and Law, preferably with a focus on global mobility. Previous experience with immigration and relocation administration especially for NEU countries will be an asset.Soft skills: Empathy, good communication, and problem-solving skills will be highly valued.Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills as well as analytical and fact-based thinking.Work approach Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs, while managing personal workload. It should be comfortable working within an international environment and across diverse cultures.
