About the roleThe Clinical Data Analyst is responsible for scouting and analyzing clinical datasets to support evidence-based research and internal decision-making. The role focuses on ensuring data relevance and quality, creating clear data content overviews, and enabling effective data use through visual analytics and reporting. Location:

Prague, Czech Republic - working in a Hybrid modelWhat will you do?Identify and evaluate external clinical and real-world datasets for strategic use. Create clear, structured summaries of dataset content — including study design, population characteristics, and available data fieldsUtilize scripting and database APIs to generate visual reports, and trend analyses that support stakeholder understanding and enable data-driven decision-making.

Contribute with product and development team on development of data presenting dashboards as content ownerContribute to automation of scouting workflows as content/ process owner and design partnerCollaborate with internal teams to align data scouting and analysis efforts with scientific and business needsMaintain metadata documentation and support dataset onboarding processes. Perform exploratory data analysis and contribute to data quality assessments. Required qualifications: Degree in life sciences. Strong understanding of clinical research, clinical terminology, real-world data structure; knowledge of public databases is a plus (e. g. , electronic health records). Familiarity with FAIR principles. Experience with BI tools (e. g.

, Tableau, Power BI, Looker) for data visualization and reporting. Proficiency in data analysis and exploration using Excel, SQL, R, or Python. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
