Job Description

1. ResponsibilitiesGenerate and execute the annual business plan to ensure strategic and financial targets are met. Develop and execute commercial strategies, including product strategy, MSRP policy, channel policy, etc. Develop key sales channels, including CCTV channel, IT channel, mobile channel, e-commerce channel, and retail channel, to cover the market comprehensively. Manage existing key accounts; monitor purchase, sales, and inventory data to identify problems and opportunities; plan and execute channel marketing and promotion activities to stimulate sales. Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop brand awareness and support marketing activities, including brand launches, product reviews, influencer collaborations, etc.

Conduct market research, collect information on competitive products, pricing strategies, and promotional activities, and analyze relevant countermeasures. 2. QualificationsMinimum of a Bachelor’s degree. Familiar with the procurement procedures of main distributors and retailers. Possess rich customer resources and a successful track record of independently developing key accounts. Experience in building a new brand from scratch (0 to 1). At least 5 years of experience in sales; experience in the Smart Home/Home Security segment is a plus. Excellent market insight, planning ability, business analysis skills, negotiation skills, and strong communication and coordination abilities. Willingness to travel frequently for business.
