Impact & Program Intern (Philanthropy)

ContextThe Degroof Petercam Foundation (DPF) is looking to recruit an intern to join its team as of January 2026 for a period of 6 months, with the possibility to extend to 12 months. An internship at the DPF gives recent graduates an opportunity to gain experience at one of the largest Foundations in Belgium.You will be working in the Brussels based head-office, but you will also have the opportunity to work remotely and in other offices part of Degroof Petercam. You will provide operational support to the Foundation and will gain a deep insight of our network. You will learn how to follow our DPF Award process with high standards of performance and will enjoy the energy and spirit of a small but dynamic and multitask team.Your positionYou Will Be Responsible For The Following TasksAssisting the Degroof Petercam Foundation in their selection process incl. project’s due diligence and analysis.Assisting the Degroof Petercam Foundation in event management as well as participation to external events.Assisting the Degroof Petercam Foundation in its communication (incl. writing LinkedIn posts and updating of brochures, website and activity report).Leading research on philanthropy for our client advice service and in support of the activities of Degroof Petercam Foundation.Assisting on administration for Degroof Petercam Foundation (incl. creating presentations, data management, reporting…).Assisting the Degroof Petercam Foundation in the organization and promotion of initiatives within the Group, such as Employee Social Engagement program.Your profileYou are currently pursuing a Master degree or have recently graduated, with a genuine interest in philanthropy or social impactYou are fluent in Dutch, French and English (written & oral skills working proficiency)You have open and transparent communication skill, with strong administrative skillsYou are flexible with a hands-on attitude, and like to be resourceful in a small teamYou are curious and eager to learnYou are available for a minimum period of 6 months Our offer
