If you're super organised, cool under pressure, and love keeping things (and people) on track, then this might just be your dream role.
You’ll be the right hand to the CEO and Design Director — keeping their schedules running like clockwork, handling the details behind the scenes, and making sure everything from travel to meetings to inboxes is smooth, stylish, and stress-free. 🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:
Owning the calendars — scheduling meetings, juggling priorities, and preventing double-booking disastersFiltering and managing emails (you’re the inbox gatekeeper)Being the go-to contact between the CEO and the outside world — from internal teams to top-tier partnersCoordinating complex (but glamorous) travel — think multi-stop international itineraries, time zones, and visasPlanning key meetings and events — big ideas and great snacks encouragedBooking all the things — from flights and hotels to dinner tables and couriersChasing signatures, tracking invoices, and managing expenses like a proKeeping our (very aesthetic) office running like a well-oiled machineSupporting with whatever’s needed to keep our leadership team focused and fabulous💫 You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Are:
Have previously worked with a HNWI or luxury fashion brand at C-Suite level Obsessively organised with an eye for detail and a love of colour-coded calendarsA confident communicator — whether you’re emailing the C-suite or addressing the team at the company meetingNaturally proactive — you don’t wait to be told what needs doingCool-headed, quick-thinking, and great under pressureWarm, empathetic, and full of good vibesA multitasking whiz who thrives in fast-paced environmentsSuper discreet — you can be trusted with the big stuff (and the gossip 👀)A team player who’s always up for pitching inThe right person for this role will have come from a small creative company, fashion would be beneficial, but we are open to any creative organisation.
