What we are looking for:We are looking for a passionate Implementation Artist to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring various art assets such as props, weapons, characters and environment assets will be ready to transition into polished, game-ready assets. This is the perfect role to coordinate with multiple disciplines and begin learning your trade as you enter the wild and whacky world of video game development!RequirementsWhat we will do together:Collaborate Technical Art and wider Art teams to understand our artistic requirements and any technical limitationsPartner with internal and outsourced art teams to elevate assets to our high final qualityYou will understand the art and technical standards, in addition to file management and art production pipeline toolsYou will ensure that all art content produced is clean, optimized and error-free, fixing any issues directly and by creating or requesting tools to improve the processYou will help maintain and update documentation, whilst also training team members to deliver higher-quality contentWhat you will bring:At minimum of 1 years' experience as a 3D artist or Technical ArtistA passion about game art workflowsAttention to detail and a QA-orientated mindset.
