Our goal is to automate operations and provide clarity to business leaders on what the true bottlenecks of their companies are and how to solve them through technology. Our services include corporate restructuring, business process improvement, ERP systems, accounting, and tax services.Who we are looking forWe are looking for someone with an accounting background to help clients with their digital transformation initiatives. The typical digital transformation process includes optimizing business processes, accounting review, ERP implementation, sales marketing transformation, and HR transformation. Most of what you will be doing is optimizing business processes and ERP implementation, however, we expect you to grow in other areas over time because that's what makes a digital transformation consultant complete. You will equally be facing clients, Business Analyst team, and Software Engineering team, so we need someone who has a holistic view of the situation, able to prioritize pain points, and come up with the most efficient way to solve them.We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about our clients' transformation impact shown by facts, can identify recurring unnecessary problems, and take practical actions to solve them permanently.What you will be doingJoin client meetings to understand their needs and explain how we can help themProactively involved in project planning to ensure all critical issues are solved on time with no surprisesAssess current business process, provide recommendations, and create transformation phases based on priority pain pointsAssess PSAK adherence and data accuracy, provide recommendationsPrepare ERP customization documents, communicate with software engineers, and perform testingAssist in data migration and go-live, provide training and supportProvide business advice post-implementationRequirementsAccounting degree with GPA of at least 3.5 from a reputable universityAccounting/consulting/business/ERP implementation experience of at least 3 yearsStrong in technical accounting, project management, efficient communication, independent yet a great team player, and great at managing expectationsGrowth mindset, excellence, humble, clear career path, strong sense of purpose, genuine, trustworthy, strong empathy, can indicate clear impact wherever you are
