As an Implementation Consultant, you will interface with clients that are just starting to use Descartes, as well as existing clients that need further assistance and lead our clients to successfully implement and use our solution. Your primary responsibility is to manage the client relationship from onboarding to the successful implementation of our software.Key ResponsibilitiesImplementationEvaluate and thoroughly assess client needs and develop workflows / configurations that support the client’s business processesCoordinate with clients to design project scope and objectives and ensure achievement of implementation within the required time frameProvide training, and end-user support during and after the implementation process to enable optimal utilization of our softwareTest and troubleshoot final system setups. Verbally communicate with clients on a weekly basis during setup and initial implementation and provide premium support to clientsKeep Set up Form up to date with progress of each account set upEscalate to TL any issues, frustrations or changes in client responsiveness related to account Ensure optimal level of client satisfaction at all times.SupportObtain proper understanding of client’s needs and workflow through verbal communicationDraft specifications for custom solutions including business and technical requirementsManage the entire delivery process for custom development work Test and troubleshoot all proposed changes and projects with the clientRecommend improvements to all procedures and ensure optimal level of client satisfaction at all timesExecute other lawful tasks given by his/her direct managerPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
