About the role We are seeking a professional responsible for overseeing the successful deployment and integration of new systems, processes, or products. The role involves managing the entire implementation process from planning to execution, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.ResponsibilitiesWorking in the Project Rollout for 2 ~ 3 years average in telecommunication company Has awareness about the telecom equipment hardware description and installation Has capability to create and design Rollout deployment detailed plan with considering the different project factors as (HR, SBC teams, country factors, …etc.)Has Good coordination with different teams inside the organization Has good communication skills and able to communicate and negotiate with Client and subcontractor partnersHas good capability about Project progress monitoring Has good capability about internal and External Reporting Has Good skills in the Microsoft Excel and Power point Speak and write both English and French language Required SkillsStrong skills in planning, executing, and closing projects.Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders, team members, and clients.Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks.Skills in budgeting and financial management.Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders and ensure their needs are met.Skills in managing organizational change and ensuring smooth transitions.Ability to ensure that the implementation meets quality standards.Skills in training users and providing ongoing support.
