These include gathering required inputs for a project, coordinating the testing and configuration of new products, and ensuring accurate status updates are communicated to stakeholders and other team members.Responsibilities Full E2E Project Management for Product Implementations & Coordination/Assistance with Partner/Retailer Integrations Responsible for Project Pre-Planning, Execution, Wrap-Up, and Lessons Learned Activities Maintenance of All Project Documentation and Internal Information Distribution of Communications to All Project Stakeholders for Active Projects in Queue Resolve Internal Trouble Tickets and Provide Assistance to Internal Support Teams as Needed Coordinate and Manage All Special Projects or Miscellaneous Assignments as Required Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Various Areas of Business Create and Execute Project Resources and Tasks Plans Assist with System Updates and Identify Systems Configurations Share knowledge and lessons learned with other IMs All other Duties as Assigned or RequiredQualifications Minimum 1-3 years Applicable Experience Working in Account Management, Project Management and/or Product Implementations in a Relevant Industry and/or Setting Preferred Minimum 1-3 years in Software or Technical IT Environment Preferred Knowledge of QA Procedures and Unit Testing Preferred Excellent Project Management Skills. Demonstrated Ability to Successfully Lead and Manage Multiple Complex Projects Simultaneously. Strong Attention to Detail, Drive for Accuracy, and Top-Notch Organizational Skills. Excellent Account Management and Client Relation Skills. Demonstrated Ability to Interface Successfully as the Point of Contact for External and Internal Customers. Maintain High-Level of Client Satisfaction and Confidence. Ability to Cope Effectively in Stressful Situations. Ability to Grasp Intricacies of Complex Implementations Identifying Key Tasks and Deliverables. Recognition of when Issues Need to be Escalated to Management. Ability to Think and Act Independently while making Appropriate Decisions Ensuring Best Approach for Each Project in Queue. Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and Project. Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills. Some Experience with or Knowledge of Pre-Paid Implementations, Pre-Paid Processors and/or Retail POS Integrations and Systems preferred.Education Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT Operations, or Related Field, or Equivalent Work Experience Required.
