This team is at the heart of everything we do at ShipitSmarter, where we aim to seamlessly connect the shippers and carriers.As an Implementatin Analyst, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers and extend capabilities for existing customers. You will have regular contact with our carriers and customers to continually build and improve integrations. And all the time you will be expanding your IT knowledge while becoming a domain expert!Your key responsibilities will be:Active contribution in the Delivery Team improving our Shipping platformConfigure the platform to meet customer requirementsCreate carrier- and customer integrationsBuilding relationships with carriersCollaborate and learn from other product teamsEnsure the quality of the integrationsWhat we would like you to have:Above all, the eagerness to learn and grow into our companyA bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management0-2 years working experienceA basic experience with programming concepts - show the code you are proud of!The capability and attitude to deep dive into a task to gloriously surface with the resultAccuracy combined with good analytical abilitiesGood communication skills - ask for help early but know when to ask and when to search yourselfStrong in English, verbally and in writingYour application is even more attractive if you have:Relevant work experience in IT and/or logisticsSoftware implementation and/or development experienceExperience with integration formats like XML, JSON, Edifact filesExperience with consuming API’sExperience with logistics related software such as TMS either as super-user, implementation consultant or IT-supportInterested?Did we arouse your interest, but do you still have some questions?
