Implementation Project Manager

Medlytix is an industry leading healthcare technology company specializing in the field of predictive analytics. Utilizing sophisticated data mining and scoring strategies, the company has successfully enhanced revenue cycles and collections for our clients across the country.Medlytix is seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Implementation Manager to support our Client Success Engineering team. This role will play a critical part in managing client onboarding projects, coordinating technical implementations, and ensuring internal teams stay aligned across fast-moving priorities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in cross-functional environments, and has experience in healthcare tech, data workflows, or payer-provider integrations.ResponsibilitiesCreate and own new client implementation project plans for clients onboarding and;Support creation and refinement of onboarding documentation and process templatesEnsure timely go-live dates are achieved.Coordinate internal and external implementation meetings.Facilitate client kickoff, milestone check-ins, and stabilization callsCoordinate task completion with internal and external teams by;Track and manage deliverables across internal teams (IT, Analytics, Dev, CSE, Client Services)Maintain and update internal project trackers, Jira boards, and status dashboardsEnsure clients meet required milestones (e.g., file delivery, SFTP setup, plan mappings)Coordinate post-go-live reconciliation and reporting effortsProactively communicate risks, blockers and progress to stakeholdersEffectively present complex concepts to various audiencesLead other implementation projects to support existing clients, such as system migrations and upgrades, data files format updates, introducing new payment instruction file formats, etcOther activities as requested.RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent3+ years in project management, implementation, or client delivery rolesExperience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving results through influenceStrong organizational and communication skillsProficiency with project tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Excel)Experience in healthcare data, EHR (EPIC a plus), or payer workflows preferredExperience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyPreferredPMP or other project management certificationsFamiliarity with SFTP, file formats (pipe-delimited, flat files), or healthcare data structuresExperience supporting revenue cycle, eligibility, or insurance discovery processesWhy Medlytix?Competitive PayRemote/Hybrid Work Environment (***Candidates can be located anywhere in the US)Competitive Paid Time OffComprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K PackagesFamily Support BenefitsPaid Company Holidays
