Implementation & Service Engineer

The role; The Implementation and Service Engineer is a key role in the Operations team based in our Eindhoven office in the Netherlands. This is a varied role providing telephone and email support to customers and ensuring that agreed Service Level Agreements are maintained. Assisting with implementing projects you will ensure that customers are kept up to date on progress and assist with the procurement, assembly, configuration and installation of the required equipment as required to ensure customer satisfaction.A key part of the role is maintaining customer networks via the company’s in-house monitoring system to ensure they are in optimal working order both from an availability and a performance perspective.
