Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Implementation Specialist located in Kitchener, ON. The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for software implementation, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer service, and analyzing data. Daily tasks will include understanding customer needs, configuring software solutions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth deployment process. Qualifications Analytical Skills: Capable of analyzing data and processes to ensure effective software implementationSkills in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and providing excellent Customer ServiceStrong Communication skills for effective interactions with customers and team membersHands-on experience in Software ImplementationRelevant qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldProblem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervisionExperience in the automotive industry is a plus
