In this role, you’ll build high-impact slide decks, employer branding profiles, and digital content that help companies strengthen their employer brand, attract top talent, and manage their online reputation.You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, transform complex concepts into engaging narratives, and bring presentations to life with exceptional visuals and intuitive structure. This is the perfect role for someone with strong design instincts, content strategy experience, and a passion for storytelling through digital media.⭐ What You’ll DoContent & Presentation DevelopmentCreate polished, impactful slide decks and employer branding profiles tailored to specific audiences.Design visually appealing layouts, infographics, visuals, and digital assets aligned with brand guidelines.Turn complex information into clear, concise, and engaging narratives.Develop structured, story-driven presentations with excellent flow and clarity.Build and maintain customized client Digital Rooms for content access and experience personalization.Implementation & SupportEnsure timely, accurate implementation of employer branding content and MATIK deck materials.Support team goals and SLAs across multiple client tiers—including content strategy, execution, and refinement.Troubleshoot design, formatting, and technical content issues to ensure high-quality output.Collaboration & Best PracticesPartner with Customer Engagement, Sales, and CS teams to align content with strategic objectives.Gather and incorporate feedback to continuously enhance branding assets and presentations.Stay current with trends in content development, digital branding, and presentation design.Build and maintain templates, style guides, and shared resources to streamline production.Provide coaching and best practices to teammates on effective visual storytelling.🎯 What You BringProven experience creating slide decks and digital content for business or academic purposes.Minimum 3 years in corporate branding and 1+ year in SaaS, Tech, or IT environments.Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CRM tools like Salesforce.Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail.Outstanding communication, time management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.Strong visual design instincts and the ability to recognize good branding and UI/UX principles.Creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a client-focused mindset.Passion for delivering polished, professional, and strategically aligned digital content.🚀 Why You’ll Love This RoleWork with global teams and major brands across multiple industries.Make a direct impact on how companies present themselves to the world.Grow your portfolio with high-quality, meaningful projects.Join a dynamic, supportive team that values creativity, innovation, and continuous growth.
