Their primary goal is to ensure that the data center meets the organization's business needs and technical requirements while adhering to industry standards and best practices. This role will be based in Jakarta / Cikarang Area. The key responsibilities for this role include:Manages new and existing complex customer installations, working cross functionally with other departments not limited to other countries and regions to deliver services in the agreed timeframe and according to customer expectations, which include planning, reporting and delivery. Leads internal collaboration sessions to ensure quality assurance and control during planning and implementation Responsible for owning and resolving a wide range of standard and non-standard customer requestsProposes and develops solutions cross functionally to solve non-standard customer requests. Understands customers’ footprint/requirement and contractual agreement and proactively assist in ensuring the contractual agreements are adhered to. Actively manages selected vendor to perform the works in accordance to customer requirements and standards. Collaborate with existing customers to understand customers’ requirements for add-on services. Develops and maintains expertise on DE products and services Actively champion and implement policies and procedures for occupational health & safety in the workplace, information security management, environmental management systems; incident management; and comply with all legal regulatory requirements of the organization To be considered for this role, ideally you will have:Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S21 in job relevant field or study Minimum 3 years experience in Data Center Colocation provider business Have Experience in a technical industry; preferably IT, telecommunications or data centers .Collaborative personality and able to build strong personal relationships Highly organized, with attention to detail and dedication to resolving issuesBe calm and effective under pressure in professional manner .Able to plan, execute and perform multitaskingMust attend to detail with the ability to resolve conflicts Preferred with relevant qualification certificates (such as CDCP, DCDA, ITIL, PMP, etc.)Embrace changes. Good competence in English is essential
