Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven, and highly operational Implementation Specialist to join our company. As part of the Client Solutions team or Business Operations team, this pivotal role is responsible for the successful deployment, configuration, and adoption of our automated air travel booking and management technology for our new clients.You will be joining a small company that creates and provides automated air travel booking and management technology to an array of leisure and commercial travel firms around the world. Current clients include EF Education, Grand Circle Travel, Gate 1, AAA, Carnival, and many more. Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership: Manage the entire client implementation lifecycle from kickoff through go-live and transition to the Customer Success/Support team.Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.System Configuration: Lead the technical setup and configuration of our platform to align with each client's unique business requirements, policies, and existing tech stack (APIs, integrations).Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, leading all project meetings, status updates, and critical decision-making sessions.Training & Adoption: Conduct tailored training sessions and workshops for client end-users and administrators to drive high product adoption and proficiency.Quality Assurance: Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system validation to ensure the deployed solution is fully functional and meets the documented business requirements.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the internal implementation methodology, tools, and best practices to drive efficiency and scale.Benefits You Will EnjoyComprehensive Benefits Package that will include Medical, Dental, and Life insurance plansRetirement Savings Plan with company matchPaid HolidaysPersonal Time OffRequirements: 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as Implementation Management or similar role. Experience in air travel technology including airline distribution) sectors, GDS experience preferred.Proven ability to manage multiple complex, concurrent implementation projects with external clients.Demonstrated experience translating client business requirements into technical system configurations and solutions.Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing and managing stakeholders at all levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality, practical solutions.Advantage:PMP, Agile/Scrum certification, or equivalent project management training.Experience with API integrations and technical data mapping.SQL or other database experience.
