About the Role: He/she will be responsible for implementing and managing SaaS-based solutions across merchant locations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth adoption, drive merchant engagement, and lead a team to provide ongoing support to optimize the use of our suite of products.Responsibilities:Implement SaaS-based solutions including ECR, business and payment applications, QR-based ordering, and student fee collection systems at merchant sites.Conduct regular visits to merchant locations to assess performance and ensure program success.Collaborate with merchants through a consultative approach to identify improvement opportunities and enhance offerings.Promote active usage of software and payment applications through relationship management and persuasive communication.Conduct training sessions for merchants and their staff to ensure proper usage of all implemented solutions.Manage and support a team of customer support professionals delivering remote assistance to merchants.Ensure consistent achievement of merchant satisfaction and operational excellence.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.Proven experience in client success, SaaS implementation, or merchant onboarding.Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships.UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle are mandatory.Required Skills:Client success managementSaaS implementationMerchant onboardingStrong communication skillsProblem-solving abilitiesPreferred Skills:Experience in the retail or payment industryFamiliarity with ECR and payment applicationsPay range and compensation package: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.Equal Opportunity Statement: We are committed to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
