Implementation Support SAP

Job Description :Support ERP implementation projects (SAP and/or IFS) from preparation, configuration, to go-live.Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and key users to understand business requirements and ensure ERP solutions align with company processes.Assist in system configuration, data migration, and integration testing activities.Prepare and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end users.Provide training and ongoing support to end users on ERP modules.Handle issue tracking and ensure timely resolution of system-related problems.Develop implementation documentation, SOPs, user manuals, and project progress reports.Support IT/Business Process teams in maintaining system stability during post go-live support.Requirements :Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.1–3 years of experience in ERP implementation or support (preferably SAP or IFS) / Business Analyst / Software TesterGood understanding of ERP process flows and modules, especially in SAP and IFS (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, HR).Strong analytical skills with the ability to map business processes into ERP solutions.Ability to create technical and functional documentation.Excellent communication skills to bridge between users and technical teams.Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative team player.Willing to work onsite in Jakarta.
