We’re Hiring – Freight Operations Executive | Liner DivisionLocation: Lahore,Education: Minimum Bachelor’s / MBAExperience: 1 – 2 Years (Freight Forwarding / Shipping / Liner Operations preferred)Salary Range: PKR 65,000 – 75,000 (Negotiable based on profile)About the Role:We are looking for a Freight Operations Executive to join our Liner Division team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end shipment operations — ensuring smooth handling, documentation accuracy, and compliance with all import/export regulations.Key Responsibilities:Efficiently handle and arrange shipments to ensure seamless operations.Approve container and freight bookings and coordinate shipment schedules.Take ownership of shipments from origin to final delivery.Review and sign off on all shipping and transport documents.Notify consignees/customers about shipment arrivals and arrange timely delivery.Ensure compliance with import/export, customs, and insurance requirements.Maintain proper documentation for freight payments and audits.Verify and prepare all shipping documents in line with international trade standards.Communicate proactively with customers through calls and emails.Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and resolution focus.Advise clients on optimal transportation and payment methods.Prepare bills of lading, invoices, costing sheets, and maintain supporting documentation.Update shipment trackers and ensure all records are accurate and current.Ensure timely declarations to carriers or consolidators.Focus on cost optimization and maintaining high service quality.Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of freight operations, logistics, and shipping processes.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).Customer-focused and proactive approach to problem-solving.
