As part of Koç Holding andpartnering with Beko, we’re a team of innovators dedicated to drivingprogress and makinga real impact in the financialworld.✨ What You’ll Be RockingOverseeing end-to-end import and export processes, ensuring seamless coordination from production completion to shipment readiness across road, air, and sea transport.Ensuring timely, complete, and accurate procurement of import documentation from suppliers.Organizing insurance processes for import/export transactions.Coordinating with customs consultants, freight forwarders, and other service providers to ensure smooth operations.Accurately and timely entering data into SAP to support operational processes and reporting.Archiving all operational documentation in the system and ensuring it is up-to-date and accessible.Preparing periodic reports and presenting them to relevant management when required.Procuring all required information and documents from suppliers as per quality system requirements.Following up on spare parts orders created based on periodic needs.Following up on sample shipment and delivery processes.
