We are looking for “Import Export Operations Specialist” for our Operations Department to get even stronger.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree from relevant departments of universitiesMinimum 3 years of experience in a similar roleAdvanced level of English (both written and spoken)Strong knowledge of foreign trade legislation and customs proceduresExperience and understanding of global trade marketsAbility and willingness to represent the company and its products professionallyProficiency in MS Office programsStrong analytical and creative thinking skillsExcellent problem-solving capabilitiesStrong planning and organizational skillsDetail-oriented with excellent reporting and follow-up skillsJOB DESCRIPTIONManage the entire logistics, customs, and warehousing process following the receipt of the proforma invoice, ensuring timely and seamless product procurementCoordinate all logistics and export operations for domestic shipments to international unitsMonitor product shipments and prepare weekly shipment tracking reports for the supervisorConduct product needs analysis and determine the appropriate mode of transportation in collaboration with the supervisorNegotiate freight rates with logistics providers and initiate transportation based on the most favorable offerShare account statements with the Finance team to ensure accounting reconciliation between Monster and logistics/customs firms; share payment receipts with suppliersShare logistics company details with the supplier; collect the packing list from the supplier and bill of lading from the logistics firm; perform document verificationArrange insurance for the products to be transportedTrack the shipment status and communicate with the customs broker upon receipt of arrival noticeSubmit required transportation documents to the customs broker and ensure smooth customs clearanceOrganize inland transportation after customs clearance and ensure goods are delivered to the warehouse without issuesRegister delivered products into the ERP systemShare weekly logistics cost reports and shipment reports with the supervisor
