The role involves managing import and export activities, handling international trade documentation, coordinating with customers and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The Import Procurement Specialist will also work closely with various departments to optimize procurement processes and support the company's operational needs.Range Salary / 薪资范围: Negotiable (based on experience and performance)可商议（根据经验和工作表现）Work Location / 工作地点: Jakarta, Indonesia印度尼西亚雅加达Requirements / 任职要求• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) 最低学历：本科（或同等学历）• Minimum GPA: 2.25 out of 4.00 (or equivalent academic performance) 最低绩点：4.00 满分中 2.25（或同等学业表现）• Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written) 熟练掌握中文、英文及印尼文（口语与书面）• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in import/export, preferably in the steel industry 至少 1–2 年进出口工作经验，有钢铁行业经验者优先• Strong knowledge of international trade and Incoterms 具备扎实的国际贸易及国际贸易术语（Incoterms）知识• Familiar with customs clearance processes 熟悉报关流程• Possession of a PPJK license is an asset 持有 PPJK 执照者优先• Detail-oriented with good documentation handling 注重细节，具备良好的文件处理能力• Skilled in communication, negotiation, and effective teamwork 具备良好的沟通、谈判及团队合作能力• Able to work independently, responsible, and proactive in solving issues 能够独立工作，具备责任感，并积极主动解决问题• Proficient in computer literacy 熟练使用计算机• Experience with ERP systems is highly desirable 有 ERP 系统使用经验者优先• Knowledge of using AI (Artificial Intelligence) is an advantage 熟悉人工智能（AI）应用者更佳• Preferably residing in Jakarta 居住在雅加达者优先Job Description / 岗位职责• Assist in planning and executing import activities based on company needs and production schedules. 协助根据公司需求和生产计划进行进口活动的规划和执行。• Support sourcing and communication with overseas suppliers. 协助寻找并与海外供应商沟通。• Prepare and handle import documentation, ensuring customs compliance. 准备和处理进口文件，确保符合海关要求。• Coordinate with logistics partners to support shipment and delivery. 与物流合作伙伴协调，支持运输与交付。• Monitor shipment progress, costs, and ensure timely delivery of imported goods. 跟踪运输进度和成本，确保进口货物及时交付。• Provide administrative and operational support to the procurement team. 为采购团队提供行政与运营支持。
