We are looking for an enthusiastic Patient Care Specialist for our Stockholm clinic!Your Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer experience to each of our patients.

Form a good relationship with our customers and keep them excited about their journey to a perfect smile. Provide customer support via calls (video and audio), emails, sms or WhatsApp and live chat. Make calls, book and confirm appointments, and follow up with patients. Explain our product, and guide customers through the process & timelines, as well as explain requirements and help them complete documentation where necessary. Recognize and proactively report trends and potential weaknesses and help improve our products & processes. Work with your teammates to create a positive, high-energy atmosphereWhat you need to be successful:
