We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused team member to assist with the installation, maintenance, and support of IMT applications, hardware, and infrastructure. In this dynamic role, you’ll play a key part in resolving helpdesk incidents efficiently, striving for first-call resolutions, and ensuring stakeholders receive timely and clear communication.You’ll be working within the ITIL service management framework and contributing to the continuous improvement of our technology environment.
