Operating independently with a commitment to innovation, it collaborates with a global brand while catering to local preferences.Goal of this roleBe the bridge between the SCM team and IT, helping to identify and choose the best technical solutions from the various systems available in the market. Work hand-in-hand with the IT organization to ensure smooth and successful onboarding of the selected solutions for the SCM team.You will own the complete product lifecycle, from vision and strategy to execution and performance measurement.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & PlanningDevelop and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for supply chain management solutionsCollaborate with business process and system leaders to define end-to-end requirementsAlign product strategy with overall business objectivesTechnical LeadershipUnderstand and communicate complex technical concepts related to logistics systemsBridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholdersTranslate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versaStakeholder ManagementServe as primary liaison between business teams, IT departments, and operationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholdersChange ManagementSupport organizational adoption of new technologies and processesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field5+ years of Consulting, BA or product management experience with proven success in product deliveryEssential experience with transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), and logistics execution platformsTrack record of managing cross-functional teams and leading initiatives across departmentsExperience prioritizing business value over technical implementationVendor management experience is advantageousThis role provides a unique opportunity to join in an impactful transformation initiative within a global organization.
