This role will be responsible for providing legal support to our multinational clients. This role will communicate with legal team of our client companies, and you can build not only international legal counseling experiences, but also communication skills as well.This role is open to new graduates with a JD, or interns with less than 2 years work experiences in a legal field.Responsibilities and DutiesProvide legal advice and guidance to the executive team and other departments.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.Ensure the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations.Conduct legal research and keep up-to-date with changes in legislation.Assist in the development and review of company policies and procedures.Qualifications and SkillsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Knowledge of corporate law and regulations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and EnglishStrong organizational and time-management skills.Why work with us?Extensive international exposureWork with some of the most talented individuals in the industryOpportunities for an internal career growth
