Koscom Cable Inc is an authorized contractor for the largest telecommunication companies across the USA. We are the HR solution for the TOP companies on the market, such as Comcast, Spectrum, COX, RCN, Mediacom & others.As an In-house recruiter, you will be responsible in hiring the best candidate for the position. You will also be in-charge of the end to end recruitment process. And managing your new hire.Responsibilities: • Communicate frequently with HR managers to identify the unique needs of our company and develop job descriptions for open positions • Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks, and through referrals • Use skill assessment tools to screen candidates and interview potential candidates (initial calls) • Ensure the best-in-class candidate experience from the end-to-end hiring process • Screen candidates in various stages of the application process and move qualified candidates through our talent pipeline • Create a stable flow of new candidates all year round in all the states • Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until the initiation of onboardingCandidate requirements: •1+ year recruiting in the telecommunications and construction industry. You understand the lingo, the talent pool, and what “good” looks like in the field (Preferred) • 1 year experience in social media recruiting (Preferred) • Great communication skills • High level of attention to detail while performing a variety of different tasks as needed • Must be able to respond quickly in an environment of changing priorities • Positive, team-oriented attitude • Fluent Spanish, English B2+Benefits:Career growth and opportunities to work with the best international teamNo office needed and can work from any place in the worldWeekly payment in $, we offer $400 base salary+KPI bonusWorking time schedule of 9am-5pm EST TIMENO WEEKEND WORK !HOPE TO WORK WITH YOU SOON!Only resumes IN ENGLISH will be considered.
