We are the HR solution for the TOP companies on the market, such as Comcast, Spectrum, COX, RCN, Mediacom & others.As an In-house recruiter, you will be responsible in hiring the best candidate for the position. You will also be in-charge of the end to end recruitment process. And managing your new hire.Responsibilities: • Communicate frequently with HR managers to identify the unique needs of our company and develop job descriptions for open positions • Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks, and through referrals • Use skill assessment tools to screen candidates and interview potential candidates (initial calls) • Ensure the best-in-class candidate experience from the end-to-end hiring process • Screen candidates in various stages of the application process and move qualified candidates through our talent pipeline • Create a stable flow of new candidates all year round in all the states • Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until the initiation of onboardingCandidate requirements: •1+ year recruiting in the telecommunications and construction industry. You understand the lingo, the talent pool, and what “good” looks like in the field (Preferred) • 1 year experience in social media recruiting (Preferred) • Great communication skills • High level of attention to detail while performing a variety of different tasks as needed • Must be able to respond quickly in an environment of changing priorities • Positive, team-oriented attitude • Fluent Spanish, English B2+Benefits:Career growth and opportunities to work with the best international teamNo office needed and can work from any place in the worldWeekly payment in $, we offer $400 base salary+KPI bonusWorking time schedule of 9am-5pm EST TIMENO WEEKEND WORK !HOPE TO WORK WITH YOU SOON!Only resumes IN ENGLISH will be considered.
