In-House Videographer & Photographer

Location: Dubai, UAEDepartment: MarketingEmployment Type: Full-time Onsite RoleLapis Properties is looking for a talented and detail-driven Videographer & Photographer to join our in-house marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, creative environment and enjoys capturing meaningful moments from daily content to large-scale real estate events.If you have a strong visual eye, hands-on experience behind the camera, and the ability to tell stories through cinematic and lifestyle visuals, we’d love to meet you.What You Will DoDaily Content Creation:Capture high-quality videos and photos for social media, campaigns, and behind-the-scenes content.Create short-form, engaging reels for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.Support the marketing team with creative concepts and visual ideas.Edit videos quickly and efficiently while maintaining brand consistency.Brand & Property Shoots:Film and photograph properties, construction site updates, lifestyle visuals, and promotional content.Produce aesthetically strong visuals that reflect luxury, calmness, and premium brand identity.Coordinate with the marketing team on planned shoots, storyboards, and deliverables.Event Coverage:Capture photos and videos during project launches, sales events, open houses, and internal team events.Provide quick turnaround for event reels and highlight videos.Work closely with event planners, hosts, and marketing leads to ensure smooth coverage.Skills & Experience We’re Looking For2+ years of experience as a videographer/photographer.Strong portfolio showcasing work.Proficiency in video editing software and photo editing tools.Ability to work independently, manage time, and deliver fast turnaround content.Familiarity with real estate content is a plus.Must be based in the UAE and available for in-office and on-site shoots.Why Join UsAt Lapis Properties, creativity and storytelling are at the heart of our brand.
