Hisense Europe, the world’s leading home appliance manufacturer is a full assortment global player with a comprehensive product range: MDA, SDA, TV, Mobile and A/C, covering all market segments.In September 2018 the strategic takeover of Gorenje Group took place when Hisense officially became a 100-percent owner of Gorenje.Hisense celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2019 and has expanded over these years from a radio manufacturer to an international manufacturer in consumer electronics and major domestic appliance industry with a comprehensive brand portfolio.Gorenje celebrated its 70th anniversary in 2020 and was with 10.000 employees, one of the largest manufacturing companies in the industry in Southeast Europe.Gorenje has been a trendsetter in design, offering an extensive brand portfolio covering all market segments.The merger resulted in a major manufacturer that combines consumer electronics and home appliances with a comprehensive product range.With 4 major global brands: Hisense, Gorenje, Asko and Toshiba, we are present in different market segments.Let's become even stronger together.https://youtu.be/FzGeDy0_ePAIn-Store Procurement - Project ManagerResponsibilities & PrioritiesProcurement and Supply ManagementLead centralized and regional procurement for all POS materials, demonstration props, and in-store marketing resources.Manage end-to-end sourcing processes — including supplier evaluation, bidding, contracting, and performance tracking.Partner with Finance and the Investment Department to ensure procurement transparency, cost efficiency, and compliance with corporate standards.Develop long-term supplier partnerships that secure reliable quality, cost, and delivery timelines.Optimize logistics processes for timely distribution of POS materials across European markets, coordinating closely with central warehouses and local marketing teams.In Store ManagementManage the full lifecycle of prop development, from demand research and design to supplier selection, cost negotiation, and logistics coordination for centralized procurement and distribution.Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with delivery standards, brand guidelines, and sustainability requirements.Collaborate with local market teams to forecast demand, monitor inventory levels, and ensure optimal stock planning for all POS assets.Marketing ProcessesOversee and streamline procurement workflows in coordination with HQ, Finance, and Logistics.Supervise the bidding process for props and POS materials, ensuring competitive and compliant supplier selection.Monitor supplier performance metrics — delivery reliability, cost control, and quality consistency.Maintain full visibility across production and logistics stages using standardized reporting tools and KPI dashboards.Ensure smooth import/export coordination with Chinese suppliers and European markets, minimizing lead times and disruptions.Job Holder ProfileQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree (BA) or equivalent.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics project management, ideally within retail marketing, consumer electronics, or home appliances.Proven experience in bidding management, vendor selection, and supplier relationship development.Demonstrated ability to manage cross-border logistics and large-scale material distribution across multiple markets.Strong negotiation, cost analysis, and contract management skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.Strong organizational and analytical abilities, capable of managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Demonstrated ownership mentality and the ability to work independently, proactively identifying solutions to ensure project success.Core Competencies Procurement Strategy & Cost OptimizationSupplier & Stakeholder ManagementCross-Functional Project LeadershipOperational Agility & Problem SolvingPlanning, Budgeting & Logistics CoordinationDrive for Results and Continuous ImprovementWhy Hisense Europe?Because we’re looking for people who want more than just to execute projects – we want collaborators who are ready to co-create the future of our products.
