Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Inbound Sales Support Representative, located in Lahore for US based clients and timings are between 6pm to 4am. The incumbent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing communication with clients. Their day-to-day tasks will involve answering inbound inquiries, resolving customer issues, maintaining records of customer interactions, and providing detailed product information to potential clients.
