Job Summary :To contribute in overseeing the Incentives activities as well as supporting the department in the delivery of EF’s mandates and identify improvement opportunities that will contribute to the delivery of short and mid-term strategic objectives within set KPIs, agreed budgets and adopted policies and procedures.Responsibilities & Accountabilities :-Support in the improvements of Incentives department's policies and ensure the implementation of procedures and controls across all areas of activity so that all relevant procedural/ legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering high quality and cost-effective results in collaboration with organizational excellence team.-Provide subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems and processes considering leading practices, changes in business environment, cost reduction and productivity improvement.Assist in monitoring Incentives Department day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures.-Contribute in the development, implementation, and management of Incentives programs.-Support the team in the evaluation of the effectiveness of Incentives programs.-Support in establishing guidelines and procedures for Incentives programs applications.-Staying up to date on relevant laws, regulations and best practices related to Incentives, making recommendations for process improvements and policy changes.-Assist in fostering relationships and partnerships with other government and private entities to leverage resources and enhance the effectiveness of Incentives programs. -Execute the products of the Incentives programs and activate EF partnerships.Oversee the evaluations of the products developed through the Incentives programs.-Support in building and maintaining solid relations with external stakeholders (relevant to the scope of work) such as governmental entities and consultants to serve EF's best interest.-Provide assistance across the Fund and support peers when needed to perform their duties.-Participate in approving reports and presentations related to Incentives activities and achievements for reporting and decision-making.-Perform other activities as and when required.Job Requirements:-Education : A bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent is required.-Years of experience : +8 years of experience in Incentives and Grants or any relevant experience, with at least 1 year of experience in a managerial position.-Skills :Building Strategic Partnerships, Corporate Performance Management, Strategic and Business Planning, Business Excellence, Privatization Strategy Review and Execution, Market Research and Intelligence, Opportunity Identification and Development, Deal Structuring, Rules and Regulations, Coaching and Internal Business Consulting.
