Incharge – Project Management & Control

Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee project planning, scheduling, cost control, and progress monitoring for EPC projects.Develop and maintain project management systems, dashboards, and KPIs for performance tracking.Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.Analyze project risks, propose mitigation plans, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.Prepare and present regular project progress reports to management and clients.Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and HSE requirements.Support continuous improvement in project management methodologies and tools.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field).Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Management & Control roles within Oil & Gas EPC projects.Strong command over project control software (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.).Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
