Job Description
Summary: We manage bank-wide operations to ensure business units comply with incident management protocols. Using AI tools, we analyze incident data to identify repetitive patterns and drive preventive actions. Our goal is to strengthen business continuity through strategic planning and risk mitigation.Job Description:Utilize AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to prompt and analyze incident data for insights.Group and identify patterns of repetitive incidents to uncover root causes.Develop and implement action plans, preventive measures, and control mitigations to reduce the likelihood of future incidents.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business continuity and resilience.Maintain documentation and reporting for incident trends and resolution strategies.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Risk Management, or related fieldsAt least 5 years of work experience in Operational Risk Management, incident and loss management, problem management, operational forensic investigations, or Business Continuity ManagementRelevant banking background and experience with technology-related incidents are advantageousStrong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and presentation skillsProficiency in using Copilot, PowerAutomation, PowerApp, and PowerBi at a foundational levelGood command of English is a plus
