The Website & SEO Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting the strategy and execution of digital experiences across company websites and client microsites to drive member engagement and brand visibility. This role will provide hands-on support updating web content, running A/B tests, and executing on projects across SEO, CRO, UX, social SEO, and technical optimization. This role plays a crucial part within the Growth Marketing team, reporting to the Sr. Marketing Manager. The team currently consists of 10 members. ResponsibilitiesBuild and update web pages in WordPress, ensuring brand standards, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
Maintain client microsites with accurate, personalized, and business-aligned content. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to triage requests and implement website updates and optimizations. Conduct page enhancements, resolve errors, and perform compliance checks. Track, analyze, and report on web performance using analytics tools. Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to support conversion rate optimization. Apply UX, information architecture, and SEO best practices to improve discoverability and engagement. Contribute to ongoing conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts—helping shape CTAs, landing pages, mobile UX, and moreOptimize content for search engines and social platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and YouTube.
Support content repurposing, user-generated content monitoring, and brand awareness initiatives. Participate in planning discussions, providing insights on technical feasibility and performance. Required Qualifications2–4 years of experience in website management, digital marketing, or a related roleExperience using project management tools like Jira and Asana to triage requests, track backlogs, and collaborate with internal stakeholdersStrong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines and workflows across cross functional projects and prioritiesStrong attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies in web content, metadata, and SEO elements to ensure high-quality, accessible, optimized outputs.
Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS), preferably WordPressFamiliarity with HTML and basic front-end website skills (basic knowledge of CSS andJavaScript a plus)Experience with web analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Google Analytics, and/or Looker StudioExposure to A/B testing tools and CRO best practices. Experience with tools like, VWO and/or Optimizely is a plus.
