The posted range is only one component of Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP’s Total Rewards package.-------------🌟 Join Us in Driving Inclusion Forward! 🌟Are you passionate about creating meaningful change and fostering an environment where everyone feels valued and empowered?We’re looking for an Inclusion Program Manager to lead impactful initiatives that shape the culture of our firm.In this role, you’ll collaborate with key stakeholders, manage critical programs, and serve as a trusted resource for Associates, Partners, and Leadership.Job Functions & ResponsibilitiesProgram ManagementAt the direction of the Associate Director of Attorney Development and Inclusion, proposes and implements the firm’s Inclusion program strategy, and operationalizes the delivery of the programs and initiatives by working directly with the Inclusion Committee and subcommittees on the execution of action items and tasks.In conjunction with affinity group co-chairs, oversees administrative management of all firm affinity group development and operationalize efforts for lawyers and allies to build community. Proposes opportunities for engagement and develops program plans in collaboration with the Inclusion Coordinator.Along with the Senior Director of Attorney Development, Associate Director of Attorney Development, and the Attorney Development Program Manager, conducts one-on-one meetings with assigned firm attorneys to ensure they are well supported throughout all attorney life cycle stages. Meets with team regularly to discuss overall support for assigned attorneys.Drives firm affinity group efforts by driving progress on monthly deliverables and following up on action items, proposing plans, and managing events and engagement activities in alignment with team goals and timelines.Manages responses to client requests and industry benchmarking surveys involving qualitative and quantitative information.Data and Information ManagementWorks with appropriate parties to ensure Inclusion information and statistics are maintained and readily accessible.Analyzes work assignment data to ensure equitable access to and distribution of client opportunities.Researches and makes recommendations on technology tools to assist with associate work allocation and utilization, performance reviews, and development initiatives.Prepares regular and ad hoc reports as assigned.
