Job Description

We’re partnering with a Higher Education institution based in London to recruit an Income Assistant for their newly restructured team. This role is key to ensuring accurate recording of all income received.Your duties will include:Manage income receipting, ensuring compliance and accurate daily reconciliationsCollect income from overseas officesReconcile debit and credit card transactions dailyComplete monthly bank and tuition fee reconciliations with analysisProcess student refunds and liaise with students and support teamsMaintain email accounts and respond promptly to payment queriesKeep accurate refund records and produce reportsCandidate profile:Background in income management within the Education sectorSkilled in handling high-volume, low-value debtor accountsProficient in data extraction, spreadsheet manipulation, and reconciliationsExperienced of working within a customer-focused environmentStrong interpersonal skills for effective communication with staff, students, and stakeholdersHourly rate: £19.50Contract type: interim, full-timeContract length: 6 monthsLocation: London (hybrid working – 1 day in office, 4 days working from home)This vacancy will be actively shortlisted so early applications are encouragedVenn Group is an equal opportunities employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates.
