INconnet Serviços de Informática Ltda. is looking for a highly motivated, customer-focused IT technical support professional to join our team and provide remote support to our clients Responsibilities: Provide level 1 technical support to end users via phone, email and remote desktop tools. Troubleshoot and resolve a wide variety of IT issues related to Windows, Office, Office 365, hardware, networking and general IT support. Configure and maintain user workstations to ensure optimal performance.
Document technical problems and resolutions in a ticketing system. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with users. Proactively identify and research potential solutions to improve support efficiency. Continually strive to expand your IT knowledge and skills. Qualifications: 2 to 3 years of experience in IT support or related fields. Excellent customer service skills and commitment to user satisfaction. Proactive problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with IT ticketing systems (Zendesk, ServiceNow, etc. ) is an advantage. Knowledge of hardware, networking and general IT concepts is required.
