For more information, visit Lowes IndiaAbout The TeamThe Supply Chain Support team is responsible to understand various business processes at our distribution centers and work with stakeholders (Ex : DC Managers) to identify any opportunity for efficiency improvement by developing automations for existing manual processes and for creating/building on reports to aid decision making and improve visibility.Job SummaryThe primary purpose of this role is to support Supply Chain with the maintenance and development of Power Apps Mobile Applications, Power BI Reporting, and Power Automate workflows to simplify/eliminate tasks and provide insights.This role will involve integrating these solutions with SQL databases to facilitate seamless data flow and connectivity by developing comprehensive Power BI reports and dashboards as well as be responsible to transform data into actionable business insights, enabling data-driven decision-making and enhancing operational efficiency.Roles & ResponsibilitiesCore Responsibilities:Provide technical skills to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) projectsMaintaining existing Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate based on Content Modifications, Additional Functionality, etc.Maintain documentation on Applications and Best PracticesResponsible for continuously learning and sharing capabilities to implement new Power Platform capabilities to support future projectsCreating Reporting Insights package for SC Leadership based on Power Apps application dataDesign and develop Power Apps to automate manual data collection processes at distribution centers.Implement Power Automate workflows to optimize data transfer and processing.Connect Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to SQL databases for efficient data management.Develop Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable business insights.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data collection needs and translate them into effective automation solutions.Continuously improve and optimize existing processes to reduce time consumption and enhance efficiency.Years Of ExperienceMinimum 5+ years overall experience.Minimum 3+ years of experience in Analytics, Reporting &/or Programming.Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)Required Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Mathematics, Analytics, or related fieldSkill Set RequiredPrimary Skills (Must have):Hands-on Experience in Data mining and visualization tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python.Experience in developing automations using the Power platform (Power App, Power BI, Power Automate).Demonstrated experience in mining data from multiple systems via database analysis toolsAbility to manage and manipulate large data sets for use in analytical toolsExcellent problem-solving and time management skillsSecondary Skills (desired)Experience in the Retail industryExperience in Retail Supply ChainLowe's is an equal opportunity employer and administers all personnel practices without regard to race, color, religious creed, sex, gender, age, ancestry, national origin, mental or physical disability or medical condition, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, military or veteran status, genetic information, or any other category protected under federal, state, or local law.Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
