Our mission is to inspire independence and create opportunities for drivers in the transportation industry.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Accra for an Independent Marketer at WomenInDriving. The Independent Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, promoting the organization's services, managing social media platforms, and cultivating client relationships. The marketer will also engage in outreach to expand the organization's reach and create campaigns to raise awareness about the program's offerings.QualificationsExperience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Social Media ManagementStrong skills in Research, Campaign Development, and Content CreationAbility to develop and maintain positive Client Relationships and execute Customer Engagement strategiesProficiency in Communication, Presentation, and NetworkingKnowledge of the transportation industry or willingness to learn is an advantageAbility to work independently, with strong organizational and time management skillsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
