Position: SupervisorLocation: TorontoWhat Would You Be Doing?Operations : Supervise the general operations of each locationMaintain efficient daily operations at the site, ensuring that employees project the desired image of Indigo Park Canada Services.

Lot Conditions (Surface, HVAC, Lighting)Ensure proper vehicle circulationVerify on-site supplies are adequate (tickets, cashier reportsEquipment (Pay & Display meters, POF, Gates, Exit TerminalsProvide Employee Manual/ Operations ManualPerform lot audits (revenue and operational)Act immediately upon the instructions of Area Manager regarding rate changes (order new decals or signage)Make suggestions to Area Manager, on how to improve revenue at your locationTrain new staff as per lot manual with attention to valet procedures if applicableHuman Resources :

Maintain Employee File (current)Take certain disciplinary measures with field staff (with involvement by Area Manager)Replace field staff in case of illness or otherAssist field staff during peak periodsCommunicate with Area Manager when there is a need to make a staffing change, or hire additional staffProvide uniformsAdministration :

Verify all employee time punches by using the ADP portalEnsure that all operational policies/procedures are being followed at your locationEnsure that all money handling procedures are properly documented in Operations Manuals, and are followed by cashiers and attendantsEnsure that all cashiers/attendants and valets are properly stocked for inventoryAssist Area Manager with client relationsAssist Area Manager with field staff performance reviewsTrain new staff on-siteWhat Are We Looking For?Minimum of 3 year of customer service experience with experience being in a supervisor role. Clean driver's G license. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Additional Requirements:

Successful candidates must provide a Criminal Background Check and a clean Driver’s Abstract. A valid G-class driver’s license is required.
