Indirect Procurement Manager | Petah Tikva SiteWe are looking for a senior Indirect Procurement Manager to lead the indirect sourcing domain within a large, complex organization.This is not a general procurement role.We are specifically seeking candidates with solid, hands-on experience in Indirect categories.What You’ll Be Responsible For:Leading the full indirect procurement strategy across multiple categoriesManaging high-value spend (150M+ ILS annually)Handling categories such as: IT, professional services, facilities, logistics, contractors, corporate services, and other indirect spendDriving complex sourcing processes, RFPs and commercial negotiationsBuilding long-term supplier agreements and strategic partnershipsDelivering measurable savings and KPI performanceLeading and developing a procurement teamWorking closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the organizationMust-Have Requirements:5+ years of proven experience in Indirect Procurement within a mid-to-large organizationExperience managing high annual spend volumesStrong commercial negotiation skillsProven managerial experienceStrategic mindset with strong analytical capabilitiesAbility to influence senior stakeholders⚠️ Candidates whose background is primarily Direct/Manufacturing/Raw Materials procurement will not be relevant for this role.
