Position Overview:Department: X-GlobalLocation: IndonesianApplication Deadline:10/27/2025Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree or aboveFluent in English (written and spoken); communication fluency in another language is highly preferred, especially Mandarin.Minimum one year of work experience in the related jobs such as recruitment, education, project management or marketing.Happy to conduct regular trips to various cities in Indonesia.Happy to work intensely during peak recruitment season.Relationship building and marketing skills, entrepreneurship spiritAble to handle large amounts of enquiries from customers efficiently with capabilities to priority.Experience on data research related projects is preferred.Responsibility:Student recruitment supportUnder the supervision of the Indonesian market representative, conduct travels in Indonesia; implement follow-up student recruitment activities each month in Indonesia.Conduct regular research about the market; updating the University about changes in trends, together with risks being identified from the market.Ensure proper ingestion of prospective student inquiries into XJTLU CRM immediately at conclusion of all recruitment activities.Ensure proper ingestion of new partners (i.e. schools that we start to work with) into the CRM system.Support the Indonesian market representative with assigned student follow-up activities.Support the Indonesian market representative in travel expense reconcile and reports.Student admissions & enrollment supportTaking the lead in interacting with the Admissions and Recruitment Team of XJTLU on a daily basis in regards of student admission matters; accurately convert entry requirements, supporting documents as well as all other Admissions related procedures into daily communications which can be smoothly comprehended by local students and agents; supporting the Indonesian market representative to convey such important information and knowledge to the prospective student families, schools and agents.For the purpose of enhancing conversion from application to enrollment, conduct regular information sessions to agents and students about what it means by a correct and qualified set of admissions documents.Communications and marketing supportDevelop a series of Guides and Q&A sheets in the local language, to better guide potential students, schools and agents regarding XJTLU programs, especially those new programs and programs being updated or changed.Develop a series of Guides and Q&A sheets in the local language about students' pre-arrival and induction details, so that students and agents better understand about our university process in August and early September. Help to organize the pre-arrival webinars and events each August.Facilitate XJTLU webinars for Indonesia, and effectively communicate information about such events to local agents, school counsellors and students whenever relevant.Alumni development and event support Help the Indonesian market representative to maintain Indonesia Student Alumni network.Build up a tank for excellent Indonesian graduate profiles and stories which are ready to be used for any marketing or recruitment activities for the market.Other work assigned by the Indonesian market representative, including XJTLU event support in the market.
