Job SummaryAs a Driver Acquisition Agent, you will be the face and voice of inDrive to our most important partners: our drivers. You will be responsible for the end-to-end driver lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to training and engagement. This is a hands-on role that combines online strategy with on-the-ground execution to build a strong, active, and loyal driver community. Key ResponsibilitiesDriver Activation & Onboarding: Proactively contact newly registered and inactive drivers via phone to guide them through the activation process, answer initial questions, and motivate them to start driving with inDrive. In-Office Driver Support:
Act as the main point of contact for drivers visiting the inDrive office, providing welcoming and efficient face-to-face assistance with account setup, document verification, and general inquiries. Proactive Communication: Regularly communicate with our driver fleet to share important updates, including information on new app features, earning opportunities, and company news, ensuring they are always well-informed. First-Level Troubleshooting: Provide essential support by addressing and resolving basic driver issues and questions over the phone and in person, ensuring a smooth and positive experience on the platform. Driver Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with drivers, addressing their concerns promptly and contributing to overall driver retention and loyalty. Feedback Collection: Systematically gather and report driver feedback, concerns, and suggestions to help improve our app, processes, and overall driver experience in Algeria. Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role such as customer service, call center agent, client support, or a similar position requiring heavy phone and in-person interaction. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient, clear, and professional demeanor. You must be an excellent listener and able to explain information simply.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Arabic and French (both spoken and written) is mandatory. Basic English proficiency is a plus. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities with a talent for understanding driver needs, troubleshooting basic issues, and providing effective solutions in a timely manner. Personal Attributes: You are empathetic, positive, and highly organized. You have a welcoming personality and genuinely enjoy helping people. Tech Savviness: Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and office applications. You can quickly learn the functionality of the inDrive driver app and explain it to others with ease. Mindset:
