The role focuses on IT/OT integration, system optimization, and the implementation of mission-critical systems used in refinery, logistics, and energy business operations and enhancing operational reliability and supporting the Group’s digital transformation roadmap.Location: Maroussi During your day you will:Ensure the availability, performance, and cybersecurity of industrial applicationsCoordinate corrective and preventive maintenance activities, collaborating with internal and external partnersMonitor SLA compliance and participate in contract management for support and maintenance servicesLead the IT/OT projects from initiation to closureInterpret business requirements into functional and technical specifications in collaboration with vendors and stakeholdersEnsure project deliverables meet business objectives within agreed scope, time, and budgetIdentify opportunities for process improvement and digitalization in industrial operations such as Refineries, Truck Loading Terminals, and Jetties.Analyze business workflows and propose technology-driven optimization initiativesContribute to the design and implementation of digital projects such as Asset Performance Management, Predictive Maintenance, and Digital Twin applicationsDesign, configure, and maintain data integration between industrial systems and enterprise platforms (e.g. SAP, ESG, Asset Information systems).Utilize APIs, web services, and database interfaces to ensure secure and reliable data exchangeCollaborate with Database Administrators and technical teams to ensure system interoperability, data integrity, and performance.Support change management processes for system enhancements, upgrades, and new rolloutsEnsure compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity, and data integrity standardsCollaborate with business key users and cross-functional teams to drive adoption and sustainability of new solutionsProvide standby support for business-critical applicationsWhat you need to stand out:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline Minimum 5 years previous experience in IT/OT or Industrial Applications environmentsPrevious experience in supporting and managing industrial or automation systems, such as TAS, SCADA, MES, APMWorking experience with Microsoft SQL Server and capable to communicate effectively with Database AdministratorsExperience with systems integration via APIs, Web Services and Industrial Protocol interfaces like OPC and ModbusVery Good knowledge of project management methodologies, like PMI framework, Agile principlesExperienced with SAP or enterprise-level integration projectsExperience in energy, refining, or heavy process industries.Experience in a Programming Language (C#, PythonFamiliar with industrial cybersecurity standards (ISA/IEC 62443) and ITIL service management practicesPMP certificationFluent in English and Greek, both written and spokenKey skills/attributesOrganizational and time management skillsAnalytical and problem-solving skillsAccountability and results orientationFlexibility and adaptability in a complex working environment
