Job Summary:The Process Specialist is responsible for analyzing, documenting, and improving business processes across departments. This role works closely with stakeholders to identify workflow inefficiencies and ensure that processes are accurately mapped, standardized, and optimized using process documentation tools. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and experience with process mapping software.Key Responsibilities:Analyze and document existing business processes across various teams or functions.Create clear, accurate, and standardized process flowcharts using tools such as Microsoft Visio, draw.io, Lucidchart, or equivalent.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate process information.Identify areas for process improvement and recommend practical, data-driven solutions.Support process redesign, reengineering, or transformation initiatives.Maintain an organized repository of process documents, flowcharts, and related materials.Ensure processes align with compliance, quality, and operational standards.Assist in training and onboarding by providing process documentation and visual guides.Support project managers or business analysts in process-related deliverables.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.At least 1–2 years of experience in business process documentation, process analysis, or workflow optimization.Proficient in at least one process mapping tool (e.g., Visio, draw.io, Lucidchart, Creately).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex processes into clear documentation.Highly organized and detail-oriented.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
