Job Description

One of the European leaders in polyurethane, liquid applied waterproofing products and cold curing polyurethane resins for Construction and Industrial applications.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily production and troubleshoot process issuesLead improvement projects and equipment upgradesApply Lean and TQM tools to optimize workflows and reduce wasteCollaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality Control, R&D, and EHS/WCMMonitor KPIs and report performance trendsRequirementsBSc in Mechanical, Production or Industrial Engineering3-5 years' experience in industrial manufacturingStrong command of English (written and spoken)Proven experience in Lean, Total Quality Management, and project executionFamiliarity with ERP/MMS systems and industrial equipmentBenefitsCompetitive salaryCar allowance if needed
