As part of our expansion in Indonesia, we are looking for a detail-oriented and innovative Industrial Engineer to join our Engineering & Production team.Responsibilities• Analyze and design efficient production systems to optimize workflow, manpower, and resources.• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.• Conduct time and motion studies, line balancing, and capacity planning.• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to improve manufacturing efficiency.• Prepare and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions.• Support new product introduction by evaluating production feasibility and requirements.• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to efficiency and utilization.Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer in a manufacturing environment.• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies.• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP systems.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.• Good communication skills and ability to work across departments.• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Why Join Us?• Opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding global company.• Exposure to international standards and modern industrial engineering practices.• Supportive and collaborative work environment.
